Summary: For months now, we’ve all gotten used to the short term norms of quarantine as we experience the Coronavirus pandemic.   And now, as the world begins to open up and as people begin to gather again, the worries, concerns, strategic planning and logistics may be overwhelming.   And the anxiety that arises can build up in our bodies, in our minds and in our souls.
