Summary: This week our guest is Professor Daniel Mandelker, author of “Zoning Barriers<br>to Manufactured Housing” published in the journal Urban Law. Professor<br>Mandelker covers how, in many places in our country, restrictive zoning and<br>building codes have unfairly prevented access to manufactured housing, which<br>negatively affects the ability of communities to provide additional affordable<br>housing.<br>Professor Daniel Mandelker is one of the country's leading scholars and<br>teachers in land use law and co-author of a popular law school casebook,<br>"Planning and Control of Land Development," now in its Ninth Edition.
