Summary: Jenna Leurquin, the owner of JL Patisserie in Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ. Born in Belgium she went from playing golf, double majoring in International Business and Finance at Boise State University to completing a 9 month training program at Le Cordon Bleu Paris in both cuisine and pastry. She then went on to train among some of the best chefs in Belgium and Paris before moving to Arizona.
