Podcast #64 Building a studio & White privilege and race in the streets of America

Onward with William McCarthy show

Summary: Yesterday the camera store that I went to was entirely Hasidic Jews, the firehouse down the street is traditionally Irish, The boiler repair shop next to me is entirely Jamaican, The employees at our local grocery store are majority African Americans and Puerto Rican’s from the housing projects in my neighborhood, and that grocery store is shutting down next month. Where will these people go to find work? Were they pushed out? Did I and the artists that moved here have anything to do with it? All this on more of this weeks Onward with William McCarthy Podcast.
