A winemaker used the phrase “I’m making Winter Whites”.<br> I’m sorry – what?<br> <br> <br> “A Winter White – what is that? <br> Well, it’s a white wine that has enough texture and mouth feel to pair with Winter roasts, stews, soups, root vegetables etc.<br> OK..what whites have that ability?”<br> That’s where the whole idea got started.
