Summary: St. Louis, Missouri, is home to the headquarters of coal companies, but it’s also about to become a lot more solar friendly. A couple years ago St. Louis passed Resolution 124, which called upon the city to transition to 100 percent clean energy by 2035. Leading that effort was Lewis Reed, the president of the St. Louis Board of Aldermen.
