Summary: We are all mentors, I love that title because if you think about it someone is always watching you or you're watching someone else. And as you're watching you're forming opinions as to whether they're someone that could teach you more or whether they're not the person to follow. Often times what will happen is you will catch someone watching intently or they may just come up and ask you a question. Either way always help if you can especially if it doesn't cost you anything.
