Summary: Do Black officers need their own unions and fraternal organizations? In this episode, we will explore this dynamic. We will talk about whether these organizations are even necessary in 2019 and beyond. It is my hope that the need for these organizations will decrease. I desire that we will be the post-racial society that so many news outlets claim we are. This episode will be controversial, however, if we are to progress as a country then these types of conversations are necessary.
