68: Questions about the Urban Economy Feat. Thejas Sundar

The Right Room show

Summary: Following a Ban on Music at clubs in my city, I started to think if our government is more rural biased as opposed to urban biased. This got me thinking about the possibility that I could be wrong about everything that I expected from the economy from the point of view a 'privileged urban Indian'. So I decided to talk to my friend, Thejas Sundar who is a brilliant Professor of Economics and ask him a few of the questions that were bothering me. We talk about recessions, offices being over-staffed, employees being over-qualified, about the importance of creating and about how we hate to admit to the word 'mediocre'.
