On this week's Cyber-tip Keith urges people to not get over confident in using VPN (virtual private network) technology in light of two major VPN providers having their own reported vulnerabilities. On the Pivot, Lisa and Keith discuss the 180 degree view of human-centered design which sometimes causes un-intended consequences (such as creating security vulnerabilities).
