EP 149 - Listful Living: How to Get More Done and Be Less Stressed with List Making

Super Woman Wellness by Dr. Taz show

Summary: Learn why making lists is good for your health and how to make a list that sets you up for success. In an attempt to “have it all” and please everyone, many women become so stressed that it starts to affect their health. However, the solution to dissolving stressors might be simpler than you’d think. Paula Rizzo explains how making an intentional list can change your life, alleviate stress, and improve your overall health.  We often let our to-do lists become overcrowded with the things we want to do, the things we feel obligated to do, and the things our ego tells us we have to do in order to make sure something gets done properly. But, the first bucket is the only one that’s necessary. Paula suggests setting your top priorities for your life at this moment in time. Everything that gets added to your to-do list should serve that goal, understanding that your priorities will change over time. She also suggests adopting an abundance mindset and accepting that good things will come your way again in the future, so you don’t have to do everything now.  Listen as Paula joins Dr. Taz to discuss how making lists can be good for your health.
