Summary: The Intelligence Cycle is the process of developing raw information into finished intelligence for policymakers to use when making decisions and taking action. There are hundreds of intelligence cycle models, which all generally include five or six distinct phases: Planning, Collection, Processing, Analyzing, Disseminating, and Feedback. Each organization may take a slightly different approach developing their intelligence model based on their needs and what suits their organization best.
