Summary: France wants you to be able to resell games on Steam, but will it work? <br> <br> <br> <br> Greetings adventurers, and welcome to this weeks installment of The Surly Nerd! After our prelude, we head right into the weekly raid (our news roundup). <br> <br> Kicking things off this week, we have even MORE announcements about the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover and Marvel throws down the first list of 2099 one-shot titles coming out in November. We also have Fede Alvarez taking up the next installment of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Sam Rami is coming back to horror in a big way.<br> <br> Also this week, we discuss what's in store for HBO's Watchmen series and Anthem makes some huge changes to their roadmap and we debate if it's going to be enough to keep the game alive.
