Summary: Today I talk about prayer before and after meals. What inspired me is the recent arrival of beautiful little books – new – for singing the table prayers in Latin. They are from the Monastery of St. Benedict, in southern France. HERE I contacted them and they sent me some copies. At that page you can see some images of examples of pages.
