Summary: I think it's been a weird summer for a lot of people, myself included: strange weather patterns, long periods of rain, weird moments of unseasonal cold juxtaposed with record-setting temperatures a couple weeks later. I put together a bunch of tunes I've been enjoying these last few months, not necessarily all stuff I'd play out, but to try and paint a picture of the strange and unique summer it's been. The early parts of the set begin with a more relaxed vibe, a drive to the beach or the mountains, a carefree weekend away from the city; a soundtrack for the ride. It brings us to some interesting and fun places once we get to where we're going. Suddenly around the 40-minute mark, a sunrise. The night has come and all of the mystery that comes with it. Around the 90-minute mark, our night has been brought to a close, and bring on the sunrise.
