The Osso Good Co. is one of the top selling bone broths online to date, and the original creator of the "bone broth waffle". Meredith holds degrees in Cellular Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Spanish, and Cardiovascular Technology. She has a background in healthcare, working in the Electrophysiology Department of multiple hospitals. She has also attended The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine where she first learned about bone broth and herbs as medicine. Meredith is author of The 7 Day Bone Broth Diet Plan and Cookbook.
