Summary: Over the course of three separate days in mid-July, the 247Sports Rankings Council — consisting of Barton Simmons, Steve Wiltfong, Charles Power, Brandon Huffman, and Greg Biggins — convened over a Skype connection to re-rank the Top247 for the Class of 2020.
