Summary: “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” - Neale Donald Walsch.  This quote is significant to today’s podcast because my son, Hayden, just spent a month Sea Kayaking and backpacking through the Alaskan Wilderness on a NOLS Program. He chose this program knowing that it was outside of his comfort zone. This is one of my favorite podcasts ever with an exceptional young man that I am lucky enough to have as a son.
