Summary: After last week’s podcast with Monica Llamas, I was invited to submit my top 10 cookbooks for the 1000 Cookbooks Project. The goal with this project is “to help people discover books and recipes which will help them build their knowledge, expand their repertoire, and delight their family and friends”. In this episode, I talk about my 10 favorite books in my collection, and I added one book for honorable mention.
