S1: 048: The U Turn Podcast - [Preconceived Ideas] - By Alex Over

The U-Turn Podcast show

Summary:
https://www.alexover.com/podcast

Hey everyone :)

Apologies it's been a little delayed this month. As I have now completed the first stage of my Psychology studies (YES!!!) = (30 weeks) in fact and just a quick time to reflect, which I feel this is so important for all of us to do.

One thing, I've learnt a lot about myself - is how little I know about a lot of stuff (kind of feels odd) to say, considering I do this podcast on particular subjects. But the reason for these subjects, of course, is being curious to learn more about myself in so many ways. The course has certainly put me in the right direction moving forward!

Okay so back to today's subject and this follows both the #thewednesdaylunchtimeblog (https://www.alexover.com/blog) & #alexoversessions

(https://www.alexover.com/sessions) A few weeks back. It's all about 'Preconceived ideas' and in a nutshell. All been guilty at some point in our lives, maybe you are currently in that situation a lot, due to perhaps even a lack of understanding what it means. In small terms, if you want me to be it - we all have opinions and viewpoints on something but yet know very little about what our understanding of that subject is.

I'll leave you to think about that one and on that note, enjoy the show.

See you!

Alex
