Summary: This week on Product Love, I sat down with Hannah Chaplin, the CEO of Receptive. We talked a lot about wanting to connect more with customers. Hannah finds it through roadmaps, which Receptive shares with their customers. This led into discussing feedback, which admittedly, is an emotional experience. Customers can be overly joyous when they share feedback, or extremely frustrated whereas product managers probably feel the same way. So how do we facilitate those conversations better? How do we make each side feel acknowledged? Lastly, we discussed the idea of feedback libraries. Terminology is a lot more important than you think.
