#16 - Woman chops off man's penis, "delivery guy" shoots crossbow at victim

Summary: This is one bizarre week to say the least, new surveillance footage surfaced this week of a man posed as a delivery man firing a crossbow at a woman in her home, he must've thought he was alloy from horizon zero dawn. A man stole a firetruck while fooling emergency services he was in trouble, this dud definitely played alot of Grand theft Auto. 4/20 festivals were smokin and blazing in Toronto, the first time being legal since October 2018, before it was done every year in protest to legalize weed, we talk about why there shouldn't be any restrictions to sell weed. This week a memorial was being held for the victims of a hit and run tragedy that claimed 10 lives. A woman chopped off a man's penis allegedly due to a domestic violence issue. Sheesh!
