Summary: Mike Kai has led Inspire Church, a multi-site congregation in Hawaii, for more than twelve years. He is also the author of Plateaus: Move From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be. In an effort to support Islanders with tools to lead, he founded Equip and Inspire Conferences, which has expanded into an international organization. In 2007, he founded Send Hope International to support and strengthen church-planters and missionaries alike. He has coached, trained, and mentored pastors from Hawaii, the Pacific Rim, and the mainland US. “I delighted myself in God and he gave me the desires of my heart, but my desires began to change.
