Speaker Bios: Ofer Fridman is Director of Operations at the King's Centre for Strategic Communications (KCSC) and Lecturer at the Department of War Studies, King's College London. Vitaly Kabernik is Senior Expert at the Centre for Military-Political Research at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and Fellow Expert at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and PIR Centre.
