Biblical Confessions - Who we are in Christ

Resources for Christians show

Summary: A part from Jesus Christ, I can do nothing; but in Jesus Christ I can do all things, so I can bring glory to Him. Therefore, I see myself as He sees me according to His living Word, for my life is hid with Christ in God. I will train myself to say the same things as God says in His Word, for how can two walk together except they be agreed? Through regular time in His presence, I will cultivate sensitivity to hearing His voice. He will make His Word a reality in my life as I nurture my friendship with Him. Faith will not be a formula or technique in my life, but the natural byproduct of knowing Him intimately as my faithful Lord. Knowing Him, I can totally trust Him. His Word will always be the final authority in my life. I base my entire life upon Him and His living Word. Because I meditate upon His Word day and night and carefully do all that is written in it, my way shall be prosperous. I will be a success to the glory of God. All His blessings shall come upon me and overtake me because I obey the voice of the Lord, my God. Of this I am confident: Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. I will not live by bread alone but by every word (current utterance) that proceeds out of the mouth of God. Written by Larry Tomczak
