Summary: The intention of today’s meditation is to give you a quick tool to use anytime you need to recenter yourself, take a break or or stop so you can shift your energy.   In the next five minutes, we’ll focus on your breath in order to reconnect with the present moment so you can calmly connect with your inner wisdom.  And you can use this wisdom to consciously decide on how to resume the rest of your day.
