Summary: Meghan, a 14 year veteran of the fire service, left as a chief to invest in real estate full-time. She currently owns a 43 unit portfolio including a 29 unit apartment building. She calls Chicago, more specifically Evanston, home and lives in her first house hack. She is a buy and hold investor and recently started up two new companies unlike anything in the investment or education fields.
