I'll take you through how we rank antioxidant content in foods in terms of their Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) score, a baseline to compare some common foods against herbs and spices in terms of their own ORAC scores, how simple things like black pepper and thyme can be giving your body a significant protective boost, where to find the internet's most comprehensive list of estimated ORAC values, why not all antioxidants are the same, and what are the highest antioxidant foods that we know of today, including sumac, dragon's blood, clove, and many others.
