Hello and welcome to Beauty Island, the beauty podcast that celebrates life and lipstick. Former Health, Beauty and Style Editor of Mamamia, among many other roles, as a freelance writer and social media consultant, her work has been published in the Sydney Morning Herald, news.com.au, Cosmopolitan, and body & soul, to name just a few. She was also my boss at my first proper media job when I worked as a beauty writer at Mamamia and has been an important teacher and mentor for me. We talk about adult acne, why motherhood has made her even more ambitious, the difference between AHAs and BHAs (and what the hell they are!) and why, for god's sake, you should stop shaking your hairdresser when you use it.
