Summary: Sarah Anne Shockley's goal is to help others create a more positive relationship with pain in the body and bring more well-being back into life.Pain is prevalent and pervasive in many people's lives. The opioid crisis is just one indication of how many individuals are suffering with chronic pain. Sarah Anne Shockley has lived with debilitating nerve pain from a particularly severe form of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome since 2007 due to repeated computer use. At the time, she was a single mom, so this "attack" on her body was particularly debilitating.  Over the last decade, she has learned numerous practical ways to ease pain's emotional, physical, and mental stresses and bring greater relief and comfort. Now, Shockley's goal is to help others create a more positive relationship with pain in the body and bring more well-being back into life.
