Kristin started her career in Real Estate in 2002, working as a Senior Paralegal at a nationwide real estate investment firm. In 2010, Kristin co- founded Independence Capital, a property management company based New Mexico. Her initial goal was to manage 100 doors and within 3 years of launching her business grew to 600 doors. Kristin serves on the Property<br> <br> Management Advisory Committee for the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, and is the 2018 NARPM Regional Vice President Ambassador for the Southwest Region.<br> <br> In her spare time, Kristin enjoys hiking, working in the yard, and spending time with her family.
