Summary: In this episode, I discuss the concept of being “too good of a mom” and how it creates a pattern of unhelpful kids. When we allow our kids to experience natural consequences as well as establishing expectations of what it looks like to be a “valuable” family team member, they grow up with confidence and resilience.
