Summary: Full Body Relaxation in 10 minutes - Jason Newland (17th January 2019)<br>This is a short Relaxation hypnosis video. It last for 10 minutes. I gently guide you through a short body scan, starting at your head and ending at your feet. It is just about observing those particular body parts. Then, I ask you count down from 10 to 1, slowly. Each number you repeat the word "Relax", after me. Then that is the end. As I said, it is a short 10 minute relaxation session, but it is quite to the point and can be powerfully de-stressing. My advice is to listen to this relaxation hypnosis recording daily for about 30 days. You can then notice just how easily you are able to let go completely and relax your body and your mind. Learning to relax is one of the most important things you can do in your life. Being able to reduce your levels of stress quickly can change your experience of your working environment.
