Doctor's Office Closed, "Can I just text you the prescription?", New Year New Problems

Summary: 2019 is upon us. Let's talk about some of the crazy problems that happen in the new year and realize that we're not alone. Also, the patient's that call and want you to get started on their rx even though they're holding it in hand. And there are so many issues that arise that require us to call a nurse/doctor and most of the time, they're closed. It's frustrating, so let's get into it.
