Summary: 2018 marks the 50th anniversary for Indy's first Black owned/operated radio station WTLC. This week on Cultural Manifesto Rickie "Solid Gold" Clark will join me to commemorate the occasion. Clark was an early on-air personality at WTLC, and he also released the first rap record ever issued in Indianapolis: 1980's "Ladies Rights" on the Indy 5 label.
