Summary: Embracing change in work and life is essential if we want to grow and be a better person than we were yesterday. But..it isn't easy. Why is it so difficult to embrace change? It might be because we don't like the lack of control or what the outcomes might be instead of will be. Maybe is it feeling like we will be embarrassed or have a bruised ego. Worst of all, it might look like we failed. As my blog says, "Change is Inevitable, Growth is Optional", it might be time to love embracing change.
