Summary: Numbers don't matter! As content creators, sometimes it's difficult to ignore the numbers. Statistics can look and sound good. But in reality, the numbers don't matter. What's really important is the impact. What impact does the content, products or services you create have on your audience and the world? If numbers are what drives you, you'll never be successful and you become a gimmick. The substance is less of your focus and you begin to do whatever it takes to remain relevant and keep the stats high.
