Summary: Angela Masajo became an American citizen after 14 years of living in the U.S. and 7 months of applying for the naturalization process. Angela, a graduate student in Speech Pathology, discusses the nervousness, fears and ultimately hopes she had through this process with her internship supervisor, Amanda Gottheardt, who became a U.S. citizen herself after being adopted from India.
