Summary: We are well into December, which means there is lots of talk and activity around reflecting on the year and getting ready for the New Year. I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions, but I wanted to share the process I’m currently working through to reflect on my 2018, specifically my relationships, health, finances, and business and set goals for 2019. But I didn’t want to just think about my year, I wanted to approach the process systematically. I’ve been reading Michael Hyatt’s <a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/0801075254/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_UKBeCb6SSD8H7">Your Best Year Ever</a> and walking through his process for reflecting and goal setting.
