Summary: Oh my! Apologies for such a lack of episodes the last few weeks... Had a technical issue... thought it was out of my control but once I deeper the issue was resolved (Few) but.. it's all good I've recored quite a few in the meantime behind the scenes - too keep up, especially as it's coming into 2019. This theme is slightly different for this session, as I am joined by a good friend of mine (Michael Bodell) and also I am going to be progressing these podcasts with some progression, nice fillers, jingles and some music made by me to create something more to this now, as it has passed the first 6 months in the process. And yes.. the Audio quality will be a lot better too (just not in this one) anyways blabbing too much about something which doesn't really matter as we had a great chat and some laughs along the way. To to note, I love doing these shows and I hope you are gaining something out of it, I really do! In this episode we touch base on a variation of things, especially around mental health but also the fact it's coming up to Christmas and this can have many meanings attached to this for most of us. I enjoyed this and was really fun to have someone I know really well but also to feature in this one.
