E42: JFK Assassination (Part One)

Big, If True show

Summary: President John Fitzgerald Kennedy ushered in an era of hope in the United States, working to mend relations with the Soviet Union, refusing to invade Laos and Cuba, and promising to further social benefits for all Americans. Before Kennedy could begin to make good on his promises, he was killed while visiting Dallas, Texas, allegedly by a lone gunman named Lee Harvey Oswald. Since 1963, the world has scrutinized the assassination of JFK and the subsequent killing of Oswald, implying that the truth is far darker than what the official story alleges. In the first part of our JFK Assassination series, we take a look at the lives of both John F. Kennedy and Lee Harvey Oswald leading up to November 22, 1963.
