Summary: Stephen Morin raped, tortured, and murdered his way across the United States in the 70's and 80s, sometimes holding his young victims captive for weeks. Successfully convicted of four murders, this obscure American serial killer is thought to have possibly killed upwards of 30 people by the time he was in his thirties.
