Summary: Everyone worships, says David Foster Wallace. But what we worship may eat us alive. Worship comes naturally to us human beings. What doesn't come naturally is the true worship of the Living God, because it is so natural to put other things at the centre of life. We need to learn, and keep learning, what it is to worship God in Spirit and in Truth. True worship plugs into the power of the throneroom of the universe, and the barriers between heaven and earth become much thinner.
