Summary: The Elemental Lifestyle: Radical Honesty for the Conscious Leader A few years ago, I wasn’t able to see my own suffering. I wasn’t able to see my own suffering and the wounds that ached to be addressed.  I had everything I needed and I didn’t need anything outside of myself. But I didn’t know that and I had to l learn by leaning into community so that I could l could learn and grow within my heart.  I ached to be witnessed. But actually speaking my truth took a leap of faith and trust within me that is so deeply rooted in self love. Self-love is so deeply rooted and a true space of freedom. Inviting in the energy of love in every area is a level of the heart that allows true freedom. A true place where I could speak my truth as a seer, lover, woman, mother, child, teen and goddess.  My heart was ready to speak. And I took the leap. I was flipping scared.  I cracked me open to the truth of my heart. My heart is now wide open.  It is time to play and true freedom is play.  Today, I feel like I bursted through another level of vulnerability and compassion within myself because I have said yes to all of me!!  You can to bust through depression, addictions, and spiritual stagnation with your self expression. Just like I did!  It is time to SPEAK UP to OPEN UP.  Stop covering up what you are excited about. And stop looking for love outside of yourself.  What is the result of loving yourself more?
