Included in that space are 'experiences’ that can be wrapped in trauma, abuse, or rape. It leaves us feeling like we don’t have control over our sexuality. If you have had a trauma, what if you relinquish control and open up to trusting the experience instead? In that trust you can realize that you had control all along. In reality we all have control from the higher place of consciousness. It is so important to trust the experience so you can receive the jewels. In that space you liberate yourself by trusting, allowing, and forgiving. The emotions of anger, shame, resentment shine a light of consciousness on expanding our experience here on this earth. Remember to always envelope your anger in love. Katrina invites you to look at the experiences in a new way when the abuse occurred at a young age. What if we actually are radically honest about what our emotions were in the moment of the ‘experience’? And what if we are able to allow the truth of the experience in the moment and now love it for what it was?
