Nvidia Taught an AI to Flawlessly Erase Watermarks From Photos Nvidia has developed an impressive deep learning technique capable of automatically removing noise and artifacts from photos. Whereas recent deep learning work in this field has focused on training a neural network with clean and noisy images, Nvidia’s AI can do so without ever being shown a noise-free example. And yes, this technique does remove watermarks completely. Netflix Is Eliminating All of It's User Reviews By the end of the month, Netflix will be eliminating its user reviews feature. Previously posted comments will be deleted by mid-August. User reviews were only available on Netflix’s desktop layout and not on any of the companies different streaming apps, such as mobile or smart TV. The comments, similar in format to Yelp reviews, have no effect on what shows are recommended to users, according to reporting from CNET. "The Shining" (Happy Version) There Is Now Just One Blockbuster Left in the US The last two Blockbuster stores in Alaska are shutting their doors for good next week according to the Anchorage Daily News, which means there is just one remaining relic of the video rental giant still up and operating in the entire United States. The final Blockbuster storefront standing is located in Bend, Oregon.
