Segment 1: During the past legislative session, State Representative Ann Williams sponsored the house bill that would have given Illinois some net neutrality protection in the face of the FCC’s deregulation of the internet. The bill is currently stuck in limbo, but is set to return to center stage under a more reasonable administration.
