Summary: Don currently serves as the Northwest Ministry Network Leader and served as the lead pastor of Creekside Church in Seattle, from 1995-2014. Don holds a B.A. in Biblical Literature from Northwest University. He graduated in 1997 with a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate School in Seattle. Don is a member of the Society of Church Consultants and published his first book in 2013, Turnaround Pastor, which outlines key principles of church turnaround. Don and his wife Brenda, live in Kenmore. They have three married children, Kelly, Kathy and Tom, and seven grandchildren.
