WiSP Sports show

Summary: Chris Stafford begins coverage of the FEI World Equestrian Games from the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Tryon, NC with an introduction to the event, its history and what we can expect of the eight disciplines that are taking place over the next two weeks. This week we can expect dressage, eventing, reining and endurance. Chris is joined by veteran equestrian journalist Pamela Young, former editor of Horse International who has covered many World and Olympic Games. Pamela shares her perspective as they discuss the competition, who impressed them at this morning's veterinary inspection for dressage. Pam tells us what she is most looking forward to and why this event is so special for horse sport and the wider horse world, including the army of international media who do this for the love of the horse.
