Summary: 3538 Diane Kossel (Terminal Illness, Caregiving): Doug and Diane move to Ohio where Doug continues to fly helicopters. But Dianes cancer returns. She is diagnosed with AML, leukemia of the blood and bone marrow. Chemo engenders a stroke; she has a bone marrow transplant and the couple endures financial hardship though Doug works several jobs. Diane develops lesions in the brain but God faithfully brings them through this crisis to celebrate 43 years of marriage.
